Survey
I visit, or we talk it through remotely. I look at the space, the equipment already there and how people actually work.
Design
You get a written plan covering equipment, cost and timing. Nothing is ordered until you approve it.
Install
Clean, labeled installation, tested room by room and scheduled around your working hours.
Look after
Ongoing monitoring, updates and support if you want it. Or a full handover if you’d rather run it yourself.
What you can expect, every time.
Everything documented
Network diagrams, configuration notes and a record of what is installed where. Yours to keep.
You own your accounts
Admin access, licenses and passwords stay in your name. You are never locked in to me or anyone else.
Labeled and tidy
Every cable labeled at both ends and every rack dressed properly, so anyone who opens the cabinet can follow it.
Plain English
A clear account of what is wrong, what it costs to fix and what can wait. No jargon used as cover.
Security as standard
Multi-factor sign-in, current firmware and separate guest and device networks are part of the build, not an extra.
Tell me what you’re working with.
One email is enough to start. Describe the space, the people using it and what isn’t working.
